GUILFORD — The Maine Group Basis has permitted a grant of $10,000 for a Senior Middle at Associates of Group Health. The Senior Middle can be used for social gatherings and a brand new cardiovascular health program referred to as Healthy4Life. The brand new program can be particularly geared towards neighborhood members which have accomplished the HeartWise program or have a referral from their medical suppliers. Members will use tools reminiscent of Schwinn fan bikes and light-weight weights for a mild train routine guided by Senior Program Director Terri Kelley Palin.
