A Dubuque man is accused of assaulting his live-in girlfriend after ransacking their house and chopping the cellphone strains to her enterprise.
Gregory J. Sovinski, 29, of 609 E. twenty second St., No. 201, was arrested at 6 a.m. Thursday at Dubuque Legislation Enforcement Heart on a warrant charging home assault with damage and first-degree harassment.
